Qissa
About Qissa
"Qissa" means story. Every piece we make begins with one passed down, half-remembered, or waiting to be told.
We're Arshia and Aisha, and Qissa Collections is ours, built on a shared belief that what you carry should mean something, not just look good.
I grew up in India, and that upbringing has kept me rooted in colour, in craft, and in the quiet details that make a piece feel like home. I hold a master's in fashion marketing from London College of Fashion, and building a brand of my own has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember. I bring that vision and story to Qissa.
Aisha is the backbone of this business. Based in Karachi, she walks the markets herself sourcing kundan, metal, and brass by hand, piece by piece, and shapes every design from the ground up. Nothing we make happens without her.
Together, we built Qissa around one honest idea: that the things we carry should tell a story worth telling.
Our first collection, Purana Noor Old Light, began with a question: what happens to the beauty of things we inherit but rarely wear? It's a line of handcrafted kundan, metal, and brass bags, antique-inspired and sourced and designed from us in Pakistan & India. It's where our story begins.
