Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Qissa Collections. Each piece is handcrafted and individually inspected before it ships, so please review our return policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below:

Every item is checked for quality and craftsmanship before it leaves our hands. Because our pieces are handmade with kundan, metal, and brass sourced from markets in Pakistan and India, small variations in finish are part of the piece — not a defect.
Due to the limited and handcrafted nature of our collections, we cannot guarantee that a specific item will be restocked once sold out.
All sales are final. As a small business, we're unable to offer general exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

The only exception is a damaged item. If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect — such as a bag that won't close, a broken clasp, a dent, or a broken hinge or strap — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at qissacollections@gmail.com, and we'll be happy to arrange an exchange. Anything reported outside of that window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Once your order leaves our hands, delivery is subject to the carrier's schedule.

Shipping Costs & Returns

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through it.

International Orders & Duties

For orders outside of Canada, shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These fees are set by your country's customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility.

Qissa Collections is not responsible for delays or charges applied by customs or couriers.
