Thank you for choosing Qissa Collections. Each piece is handcrafted and individually inspected before it ships, so please review our return policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below:

Every item is checked for quality and craftsmanship before it leaves our hands. Because our pieces are handmade with kundan, metal, and brass sourced from markets in Pakistan and India, small variations in finish are part of the piece — not a defect.
Due to the limited and handcrafted nature of our collections, we cannot guarantee that a specific item will be restocked once sold out.
All sales are final. As a small business, we're unable to offer general exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

The only exception is a damaged item. If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect — such as a bag that won't close, a broken clasp, a dent, or a broken hinge or strap — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at qissacollections@gmail.com with a photo, and we'll arrange an exchange and cover the return shipping. Anything reported outside of that window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Once your order leaves our hands, delivery is subject to the carrier's schedule.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada only. Standard shipping is $10 CAD in Ontario and $12 CAD in all other provinces and territories, and it is free on orders over $150 CAD. Express shipping is $20 CAD.

Shipping Costs & Returns

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping.
